Development of HR systems


The Human Resources Management, as an important element of the manager's portfolio, is built upon more different systems. These are for example: administration, payroll, job- and performance management, recruitment, selection, trainings, competences etc.

This systems are developed generally one by one, and they will be fuzed later. From this different systems grows up the integrated HR, which characterizes the company, and in ideal case can be a promt answer for many strategic questions of the company and can effectively support the management.

Our experienced colleagues developed and introduced many HR systems and took part in implementation processes. In our practice all system introductions are anticipated by an analisys and a project-planning phase to show our partners all costs, resources etc.

We also prepare complex HR system-audits, as a result we show the operating processes and recommend new ones, and make guidances for the operation.
